Standards of Practice

Our inspection process is compliant with the Standards of Practice of the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). For most homes we are reviewing and reporting on more than 450 items or components.

When inspecting new construction properties, we will be citing individual code references if we determine that a specific item or system is improperly installed. (required by the GAHI standards) This is beneficial in your communications with your homebuilder. This technique is helpful in assuring that your new home is being built to the minimum standards required by the State of Georgia.

Virtual Inspection Tour
