Single Family Home Inspections

Our inspection fees are dependent upon the size, the age, and the complexity of the home. We try to take into consideration the amount of time that we require to provide a proper inspection and deliver a meaningful inspection report.

We attempt to provide a fair price for the inspection based on your verbal description of the property. By gathering information about the size and scope of the house we are better able to provide the client with a fee that represents a fair price for our services. Our staff quotes all fees after a brief telephone consultation.

Our minimum inspection fee is $350. This would include houses up to 10 years old, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on a slab. Fees are higher for larger homes, homes with crawlspaces, basements, in-law-suites, and homes that are older.
